Terms of service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using the service) and Search From Social. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@searchfromsocial.com.
The service
We read the social videos you connect, write articles from them for your website, publish them where you've set that up (automatically for articles that pass every check, if you turn that on, and otherwise after your approval), and report how those pages do in Google.
Your content and permission
You keep ownership of your videos and of the articles we produce for you. You confirm you have the right to use the videos you connect, including permission from people who appear in them, and you give us permission to process them to provide the service. You're responsible for reviewing what's published on your website; you can turn automatic publishing off at any time.
Accounts you connect
When you connect Instagram or Google, we access them read-only, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those platforms stays subject to their own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for content you don't have rights to, for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to get around the limits of the platforms you connect.
Payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
AI-written content
Articles are written with AI from your own material and checked against the facts you give us, but they can still contain mistakes. We don't promise any particular search ranking or traffic.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We'll give notice in the app or by email before material changes to these terms take effect.
